Description
The Vented Beekeeping Suit w/Pro Fit Access Veil features a standard size veil with our original front access design, along with all of the innovative features unique to Guardian Bee Apparel’s bee protection suits. The Pro Fit veil offers the familiarity of a standard size fencing veil, with the easy to open zippered front access of a Guardian Bee Apparel veil. This allows the wearer to easily drink water, taste honey, wipe their face or remove a rogue bee without completely removing the hood.
This veil is lower profile than our Easy Access Veil, so it naturally sits upright. The Pro Fit offers excellent peripheral visibility and comfort, and is the choice for more experienced beekeepers.
Our highly-sting resistant, ventilated, 3-layer mesh material keeps you cool and confident, while our triple zipper system gives you easy access while still offering protection. Upper, lower, and sleeve pockets give you even more access to the tools you need, and all pockets are reinforced to prevent blowouts. Our protective beekeeper suits are made with hip zippers to help you quickly and easily get dressed, and velcro closures at the wrists and ankles offer added protection.

Cleaning Information
- Check All Pockets: To avoid damaging your suit, make sure all pockets are empty of debris, sticks, or stones.
- Remove the Veil: Detach the veil carefully and hand-wash it separately to protect its delicate netting.
- Pre-Treat Any Stains: Treat grass, dirt, and wax stains before washing. Wax can be gently scraped off and rinsed with hot water. Propolis stains may lighten with treatment but usually won’t disappear entirely.
- Secure All Zippers and Closures: Fully zip and fasten all closures to protect them during washing.
- Wash on Gentle Cycle: Use minimal fragrance-free detergent on a gentle cycle. Wash separately or only with other beekeeping gear. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
- Air Dry Only: Hang your bee suit on a rack near a sunny window. Avoid machine drying, as heat may damage or shrink the material.
